Bio

Cindy has served as an Athletic Trainer with Cañada College since 2006 when she received her Master of Arts in Kinesiology with an Athletic Training emphasis from San Jose State University. Prior to Cañada, her certified career at the community college level began with a two-year graduate assistantship at Foothill College where she worked with a variety of sports, with emphasis on men's and women's soccer, and men's basketball. Other professional experience includes stints with the San Jose Sabercats and Mazda Grand Prix MotoGP. Cindy is a certified member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association and the California Community College Athletic Trainers Association. She is also a certified American Red Cross CPR instructor and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. In her spare time, Cindy enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, trying new food, and travelling.
