CLOVIS – Cañada College has still yet to lose a game after the Colts played Clovis Community College to a scoreless draw on Friday in Clovis.
Cañada moved to 4-0-3 overall this season as the Colts will take a break until Coast Conference play begins on Oct. 1 against Hartnell College.
Goalkeeper Anthony Montoya was solid for the Colts in helping lead the squad to its third shutout of the season.
Earlier in the week on Tuesday, Cañada picked up another draw after playing Cosumnes River College to a 2-2 tie on the road.
Vladimir Markov and Solari Gomez both scored first-half goals for Cañada while goalkeeper Luis Evangelista totaled 5 saves.
